Lola is a petite female with a very sweet personality.  She loves to be held and likes to snuggle in her blanket.  Lola also loves to eat and is protective of her food--not aggressive, she just lets the other dogs know she is eating and to not try to take her food--she does respect the other dogs right to their food bowls.  She plays with toys and will chase after them.  She loves to chase squirrels and birds in the back yard.  She also views herself as a Great Dane--we had a very large mix-breed dog jump the 6-foot privacy fence into our backyard while the three dachshunds were exercising in the yard and Miss Lola chased him all around the backyard--I had to pick her up so the owner could catch her dog and remove him from our yard--the dog was terrified of Lola.  Lola does well with going outside; however, she has had a few accidents inside. She will use a puppy pad.  She loves to ride in the car and will lie on her blanket or in a dog carrier. Lola does stay in a crate--with much protesting.  She does bark at noises outside and when the doorbell rings.
