Hello, my name is Charlie and I am a love Bug! My favorite place to be is with you. At your feet or in your lap, I am happiest when I can follow you. Other dogs are great as long as introductions are made slowly. I am housetrained though I may mark when in a new situation and uncertain. At night, I happily sleep in my kennel. Car rides are fun and I sit quietly. Cats are an unknown, but I tend to ignore them when outside. Recently I learned to negotiate a doggie door and I am working on learning to sit. You will enjoy going for walks with me because I don't pull. A fenced back yard is ideal for playing and I won't bark much. The skin on my back is itchy but this is getting better. I take Benadryl for it twice a day which is fine with me since it always includes a treat. Yum! I eat away from the other dogs because I tend to steal their food. Generally I am a calm, low key guy who prefers a quiet, predictable home. No young kids, please.
