Coco has a lot of energy and she is very fast when moving around the house She likes to explore (when they are on her level) shelves, bedside tables, tables by the TV recliner, and chairs. She does not like to be crated and she will make a big fuss when she is crated.  We only crate her when we leave the house to keep her from following us out the door. She is very quick to run out the door between your legs.  She does not run off--she just wants to be whith her person. When leaving the house, we tried to distract Coco with Greenie chews; however, the second time we tried the ruse, she had caught on and would not come away from the front door.
She is a very clever girl and quick to pick up on what is and is not acceptable behavior.  Coco is very sweet and very easy to be around and enjoy.  She loves to be carried around.  She is a bit slow when eating but she is not a picky eater. She is most happy when with a person--she still has a lot of separation anxiety and will cry and  scratch at a door if she is accidentally locked in a room or if you leave her in the house while going to the garage or outside.
