Hello my name is Skylar. I am a dachshund mix. I am about 4 months old and very curious.  Along with my sister Sadie, I spent a month with the vet recovering from mange. I was quite a sight. I still have to have weekly baths and medicine and my foster moms make sure I get what I need. My hair is growing back nicely. I am a good eater and get healthy food and treats. I love to run and play with my foster sisters. Cuddling is one of my favorite things to do, along with playing with toys and chewing on bones. My foster moms are helping me to go outside to potty. I am doing good but still have accidents. I know how to use a doggie door and can go outside whenever I want to. I know how to use the doggie stairs to get on the couch and up on the big bed. I have seen the cat but don't pay him no mind. At bedtime I sleep in my kennel and get cookies for being a good girl.
