This sweet boy found himself in Rescue after his owners kept him outside 24/7 in all types of weather.  He is now safe in a foster home getting to enjoy the comforts of getting to stay inside.  Unfortunately, Little Bear is Heartworm Positive and will have to go through treatment before being adopted.
