Heartworm Prevention is given on the 1st of each month

Hi to all, my name is Maverick and I’m almost a year and a half old.  My foster mom keeps telling me I’m beautiful, but boys aren’t beautiful… I’m handsome.  My mom is really jealous of my natural eyeliner (she has to put hers on every day).  Hmm, maybe I really am pretty? I love my people and my foster sisters. I enjoy the freedom of having a doggie door so I can go outside with my older foster sister to check out the squirrel situation in the back yard, to sun or to go potty whenever I need to.  I jump really well and can get on any couch and the big bed. I sleep in my crate most nights because I tend to take up all the room in the big bed and haven’t learned to just sleep in a doggie bed on the floor. I do get to climb in the big bed on weekend mornings for a snuggle and I really like that. The doggie toy box is just such an amazing thing. I entertain my foster mom and dad by tossing my toys all over the den.  Some of the toys have this really cool stuffing that is just so much fun to pull out!  I don’t bark a lot and I know how to be patient when mom or dad is making my breakfast or dinner.  In the evenings I love to watch TV with mom and dad for a little while on the couch, but after about 15 minutes I like to move to the floor to finish watching the TV or the inside of my eyelids. I’m still pretty young and have a lot of energy. I would love to have a furrever home that has a brother or sister that would play with me – it doesn’t matter to me whether they are the two or four legged kind. Would you adopt me?  I know my foster mom and dad will be sad to see me go, but soon there will be another foster to take my place.
